How do I adjust a PetSafe Professional ProTx Plus warning zone?
We recently got a new dog that we have been training on our professionally installed Petsafe underground fence. However, PetSafe Professional is now Invisible Fence. We are having problems with our warning boundary. It somehow migrated down to about a 6 inch warning zone – so really there is no warning at all. We paid Invisible Fence $85 to come out and do nothing. I need to increase the zone so the puppy hears the warning tone. However, I have no instructions for the unit. I appreciate any help and Timber does too!
I don’t know the answer, but i’m having the exact same problem. My PRO-TX1 warning zone reset itself to 6″ and my dogs are running through the fence. Invisible Fence is coming out tomorrow. We’ll see what they say.
