Urine Odor

Children taken from filthy Palm Bay home (local6)
A Palm Bay couple was arrested after police found their three children –

police.
Christopher Perkins, 34, and Theresa Perkins, 32, were charged with child

Zambrana Street.
Christopher Perkins was also charged with battery after the social worker
called police when seeing the couple struggle over a cellphone, a police

the refrigerator, dirty diapers tucked under an end table, up to four feet of

A child’s bed was found in the master closet, along with dirt and old food on
the floor in a room where two sisters shared a bed, reports show.
The children, including a 9-year-old girl who could not speak, were taken into
custody after the social worker was unable to place them with a relative,
police said.
